Privacy Policy

FlowDelegate Tech LLC (FlowDelegate, “we”, “us”) is an app and automation shop based in Colorado, USA. This policy covers this website, flowdelegate.ai.

What this website collects

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email, optional company, topic, and message, plus a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, which we use to stop spam.
• Analytics. Aggregate page-view data through Plausible (cookieless) and anonymized performance data through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Anti-spam checks. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a contact form submission comes from a person. We do not receive personally identifying data from Turnstile.

How we use it

• To reply to messages you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit.
• To detect and block automated abuse of the contact form.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit opt-in.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions until you ask us to delete them. Email privacy@flowdelegate.ai from the address you used and we will delete the records within 30 days. Analytics are kept under each provider’s defaults and contain no personal information.

Service providers

• Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
• Cloudflare — DNS and Turnstile anti-spam.
• Google Workspace — our email, including contact form notifications and replies.
• Upstash — storage for contact submissions and rate limits.
• Plausible — cookieless website analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@flowdelegate.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the law requires, notify you directly.
