The bio

Joel Neubert

Hi, I'm Joel — founder of FlowDelegate Tech LLC, working out of Colorado.

My background is in quality engineering — a decade making sure software held up when it mattered. That habit shows up in everything we ship: tests, docs, and a real plan for what happens after the launch.

I started FlowDelegate because small teams deserve software that fits how they actually work — not what fit yesterday’s enterprise. The studio is how we deliver that, one project at a time.

Philosophy

How we think about the work

Three things we care about:

Working software over polished slide decks — we’d rather show the thing than describe it.

Honesty about what AI can and can’t do. The hype cycle is exhausting; we’d rather skip it and tell you straight.

Leaving things better documented than we found them. If your team takes it from here, they should be able to ship on day one.

We use what we sell

We use the same tooling we build for clients. Our internal platform tracks engagements, drafts proposals, and keeps our deadlines honest.

When we recommend a workflow, it’s one we’ve actually lived with. When we steer you away from one, it’s usually because we tried it ourselves.

How we work

Colorado Studio, Epic by design. You work directly with the team doing the work — no account managers between us.
Async-first. Email and a shared doc beat live calendars for almost everything. We will jump on a call when it actually matters.
Our Founder reads every message and replies within two business days. Same standard once we are working together.
Scoped sprints with working software at the end of each one. If a sprint cannot produce something you can use, the scope is wrong.
Decisions documented per project — what we tried, what worked, what did not. The same record you would expect of yourself.
